- If your device has become unresponsive, don't panic. In the first instance please try using the stylus to press the 'reset' button on the reverse of the ProNav.
- If you encounter a restriction that is not mapped, we apologise. Why not use our Map Reporter and notify NAVTEQ directly to see your reported problem corrected in the next map update.

The default number required for pairing the Bluetooth function is '8888'. If you have changed the code and cannot remember what your new code is, click on “Bluetooth” on your device, then “Attribute”. The name of the SatNav is shown and underneath that is the code for connecting to your SatNav.

To see if your Safety Cameras have been correctly installed click on “Navigation”, enter your vehicle details and accept the licence agreement. Click on “Setup” and then “Safety Cameras”. Ensure that the safety cameras are enabled and the “Warn At” is set up at a suitable time beforehand. “Show on Map” needs to be selected and warning sounds need to be switched to “On”. To make sure your safety cameras have downloaded for the correct amount of time, click on “View Info”. On this screen the date your safety cameras will expire should show up along with the date the database was updated.
