Below is a summary of Navevo's warranty.

 

Navevo warrants that your SatNav will be free from manufacturing defects and failure, under normal use, for 12 months from when the device was purchased. During this time Navevo will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. These repairs or replacements will be at no extra cost to the customer on condition the customer covers all postage or transportation costs to and from Navevo.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear of the device, cosmetic damage (such as scratches and dents), accuracy with the software, damage (caused by; accident, misuse, neglect or misapplication, proximity or exposure to heat, fire, water, other acts of nature or external forces and damage caused by non-compliance with the instructions supplied), if any seals have been broken and when the hardware is opened or tampered with by someone who is not an authorised Navevo representative.

Navevo products are intended to be used as a navigation aid and as such, Navevo makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any data, including but not limited to map data, provided as part of the product.

Navevo reserves the right to repair or replace (with a new or refurbished product) any product that is still within warranty at its sole discretion.

To obtain a warranty repair, you must contact Navevo on 0844 5616 772 or email at support@navevo.com during the warranty period (12 months from purchase), whereby an RMA number will be issued. This RMA number will only be valid for 1 month from issue. Navevo will then supply you with information on where to send the product and what details will need to be included with your SatNav. All accessories must be included when you send your device back. You will be responsible for all postage and transportation costs to and from Navevo. We recommend using a traceable delivery service; the SatNav will still be under the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Navevo. Once Navevo have received the SatNav they will contact the customer to inform them of receipt, and their device will be seen to within 30 days of receipt.

Navevo reserves the right to retain the customers product until postage costs back to the customer have been received by Navevo. Navevo reserves the right to dispose of any product after possession by Navevo for 6 months or more.
